Executive Team

The Executive Team is the primary executive leadership body of Moyne Health Services.  The Team’s primary objective is to determine matters, or or make recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer and through the Chief Executive to the Board, regarding the direction and operations of Moyne Health Services.

Katharina Redford

Chief Executive Officer

Katharina is responsible for executing Moyne Health Services Strategic Plan and the day-to-day management of the organisation by way of delegated authority from the Board of Directors.

Born locally, Katharina began her healthcare career in 1982.  Having spent her entire career in rural and regional settings, Katharina returned to Moyne Health Services in 2017.

Kelly Graham

General Manager Support Services

Kelly is responsible for the management of Finance, Information Technology and  Support Services.

Born in the south west and residing in Warrnambool, Kelly commenced working in the healthcare sector in 2006 and is committed to delivering outstanding healthcare and patient experiences in rural settings. She has qualifications and experience in finance, administration and support services, having previously worked at South West Healthcare supporting the delivery of shared services to all hospitals in the south west.

Julieanne Crow

General Manager Quality and Risk

Julieanne is responsible for implementation & maintenance of Quality Management Systems across the organisation including Risk Management, Health Information and Occupational Health and Safety.

Born locally and still having local family connections, Julieanne began her healthcare career as a Registered Nurse in 1982 and is passionate about the provision of safety, quality and risk management within healthcare settings.  Julieanne has been a past Moyne Health Services Board Director and has returned to Moyne Health Services in February 2023.

Ingrid Wynd

General Manager Care Services

Ingrid is responsible for leading a professional team to ensure the provision of high quality outcomes in the areas of Acute and Urgent Care, and Residential Aged Care services.

A resident of Port Fairy, Ingrid has strong connections with the community that developed through her children’s schools and sporting club activities.  She began her nursing career at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. Having worked in Townsville and South West Healthcare, Ingrid is now part of the Moyne Health Services family.

Roselie Morey

General Manager People & Culture

Roselie is responsible for the management of the People and Culture Department, which includes, human resources, payroll, return to work, occupational health and safety, education and volunteers.

Roselie began her career in health as a Registered Nurse and then moved into the People and Culture space.

Originally from Warrnambool, Roselie is now part of the Moyne Health Services team.
