Moyne Health Services – Port Fairy Graduate Nurse position
Graduate Nurse Program 2027
2 streams offered: Nursing and Aged Care
We provide a supportive environment to commence your nursing career and consolidate your skills. We offer two graduate nurse steams at 0.8EFT. Each program is 52 weeks duration, commencing in February 2027, with 5 weeks annual leave allocated.
Nursing stream: This position rotates through our Acute Ward, Residential Aged Care (Nursing Home and Hostel) and has two specialty weeks in the District Nursing Service and Urgent Care.
Aged care stream: This position rotates through our Residential Aged Care areas (Nursing Home and Hostel).
We offer 5 study days per year with each stream and link in with South West Healthcare’s Graduate Nurse Program study days where relevant.

Applications open on June 1st, 2026, and close July 1st 2026.

You must:
- apply to our health service directly (via email or post with documents requested below to be received by the closing date)
- additionally, you must also list Moyne Health Services as a preference through the PMCV process. Applicants must first register for an account on PMCV website before applying for the GNMP match PMCV Allocation and Placement Service
Applications to our health service must include:
- Curriculum Vitae including two referees (please use same as PMCV),
- Academic Transcript
- A minimum of two most recent clinical placement reports (ANSAT – both formative and summative assessments)

The Hilary Hamilton Education Scholarship is available to a Moyne Health Services team member annually for professional development and education up to the value of $5,000.
Full and part-time employees with at least six months’ employment at Moyne Health Services are eligible to apply.
The scholarship is granted in December and may be shared among several applicants.
