Speech Pathology
Speech Pathologists at Moyne Health Services work with adults and children with communication, thinking skills (cognition) and swallowing difficulties.
Services provided to people and their families, carers and friends include:
- diagnosis of the type of communication and swallowing difficulty
- working with other health professionals to diagnose cognition difficulties
- providing advice and support
- setting goals and providing therapy relevant to each individual and their situation.
Services are provided to pre-school aged children and adults through funded care programs.
