Social Support Groups

MHS offers Social Activity Programs in Koroit and Port Fairy through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People.

Exploration of people’s interests and skills results in a busy program of excursions, meals, social events such as music, dance, cooking travel, craft, skill development, friendship and most importantly, fun!

Our group leaders aim to engage people in meaningful group social activities by encouraging independence and involving people in their community. Transport to the groups is available on our Moyne Health Service bus.
