Short Term Restorative Care

The STRC Program provides services to older people for up to eight weeks to help them delay or avoid long-term care. The program is aimed to assist people who have experienced a decline in their health and require a short boost of care and rehabilitation.

STRC is a Commonwealth-funded program delivered by STRC Case Managers and a team of Allied Health professionals. Access to the program is through My Aged Care and MHS can assist in this process.
