General Guidance – Visitation Protocols

IMPORTANT COMMUNITY NOTICE – 18 November 2021

Starting Friday 19 November 2021 all visitors entering Moyne Health Services – Aged Care Facilities will be required to provide evidence of their COVID vaccination.

We ask that you present your COVID vaccination certificate to a staff member when you enter Moyneyana/Belfast Homes. We will record your vaccination details and provide you with MHS COVID card, which you will be required to bring to each visit.  If you are unable to provide evidence of vaccination please contact the Nurse in Charge.

Entry reminder: We require all visitors to complete the sign in declaration upon entry and exit, wear your surgical face mask at all times, visit in your person’s room and please follow Hand Hygiene.

VISITING HOURS: 11am -4pm
