NAIDOC Week 2021: Heal Country!

This Wednesday 7th July at 10.30am in our main carpark we mark a national celebration of the achievements, traditions and strength of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people with a flag raising ceremony.

MHS, CEO Jackie Kelly, describes NAIDOC Week as a time to reflect and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of First National Peoples, recognising them as the Traditional Custodians of the land.

“This year’s theme – Heal Country!’ is a reminder to us all of the importance of looking after the land that provides for and sustains us as a community, as well as looking after one another”, Jackie said.

MHS is proud to support NAIDOC Week and encourage everyone to enjoy all that NAIDOC Week has to offer.
