Visitation Guidance
IMPORTANT COMMUNITY UPDATE:
With the recent announcement from the Chief Health Officer that restrictions will ease in Victoria from 11.59pm Thursday 24 June, we are pleased to announce we have reviewed our restrictions guidance. Effective Friday 25 June, visitor guidance will be as follows:
Visiting hours: 11am to 4pm
- TWO visitors per resident/patient at a time, (up to five visitors per resident / patient per day – do not have to be from the same household)
(with exceptions for end of life reasons)
- No appointment necessary
- You must wear your surgical facemask at all times
- Hand Hygiene is mandatory upon entering this service
- Please stay in your person’s room. No visitors in communal areas.
- Do not visit if you are unwell or have flu-like symptoms
- Do not visit if you have been in a Department of Health Hot Zone in the last 14 days
- Please follow the guidance of our staff when visiting our facility
- Evidence that you have received this season’s flu vaccination is required upon entry
