MHS Complimented on Quality & Safety at their EQUIPNational Accreditation Survey

CEO, David Lee thanks ACHS Surveyors Garda Hemming and Christine Best for an excellent accreditation survey.

MHS on the 17th and 18th June, 2015 underwent their four year EQuIPNational Accreditation survey. Staff and Management were delighted with the feedback from the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) surveyors about the Health Service’s achievements.

In particularly, we were commended in regard to the following standards: Medication safety, Blood and Blood products Management, Recognising and Responding to Clinical Deterioration and Information Management Clinical and Corporate.

We look forward to receiving our detailed report and continuing the safety and quality of the services we provide to the Community.
