MHS is pleased to announce the 2012-2015 Strategic Directions Statement.

The Strategic Direction document outlines our core focus in the following areas: Leadership and Govenance, Quality of Care and Risk Management, Financial Sustainability, Develop Our People, Building Effective Relationships, Maintain and Develop Infrastructure.

David Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Moyne Health Services today announced that the Health Service has developed a 2012-2015 Strategic Direction Statement (the Statement).

Mr Lee stated, “that MHS operates within a complex environment and it is integral to the sustainability of the health service that we have a well –considered strategic plan.” The Statement sets out the Board’s strategic direction for the next three years.
